How to Report an Incident

To report an incident, please follow the steps below:

  1. Fill Out the Incident Report Form: Provide as much detail as possible to help us understand the nature of the incident. This includes:

    • Email Address:
    • Order Number (if applicable):
    • Product Name: (if applicable)
    • Description of the Incident: Please describe what happened, including dates, times, and any other relevant details.
    • Photos or Videos (optional): If applicable, attach any photos or videos that can help illustrate the incident.
  2. Submit the Form: Once you have completed the form, click the β€œSubmit” button. Our customer service team will review your report and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

  3. Follow-Up: We may contact you for additional information or to provide updates on the resolution of your incident.
